This policy explains how Bright Circuit Inc., doing business as Cloud Drive-In ("we," "us"), handles personal information collected through clouddrivein.com, the PropelPOS point-of-sale software we provide to restaurants, and the Cloud Drive-In Rewards text program.
Information we collect
- Rewards information: the mobile number you give at checkout, your points earned and redeemed, and the restaurant and date of each visit where points are recorded.
- Text-messaging information: your mobile number, the keyword you texted, the date and time you joined or cancelled, and the messages we send you and receive from you.
- Restaurant business information: account and contact details for the restaurants that use our software.
- Website information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
- To run the rewards program and send the points-balance texts you asked for.
- To answer HELP requests and honor STOP requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve our software and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share it
We share your points balance and visit history with the participating restaurant where you earned or redeemed the points, so that restaurant can run its rewards program. We use service providers, such as our text-messaging provider and hosting providers, who process information only to deliver our services. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the program and meet legal requirements. We keep opt-out records so that we continue to honor your request. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information.

- Reply STOP to (901) 456-7070 to stop rewards texts at any time.
- Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
