1. Program

Cloud Drive-In Rewards texts ("the Program") are provided by Bright Circuit Inc., doing business as Cloud Drive-In ("we," "us"). The Program sends your rewards points balance from restaurants that use the Cloud Drive-In / PropelPOS point-of-sale system.

2. How to join

Text the keyword POINTS to (901) 456-7070. By texting POINTS, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about your rewards points balance at the mobile number you texted from. You will receive a confirmation message after you join. Joining is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

3. What we send and how often

We send a text with your updated points balance after visits where you earn or redeem points, and a reply whenever you text POINTS. Message frequency varies with how often you visit. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We don't charge for Program messages.

5. How to cancel

Reply STOP to (901) 456-7070 at any time. You'll get one message confirming that you're unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or text POINTS.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@clouddrivein.com or 901-451-9595.

7. Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to join.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or end the Program. We'll post changes on this page and update the effective date.
